Information collected through this website

The callback form asks for your name, country calling code, mobile number and email address. It also records the property, location or page button from which you opened the form (the “Placement” field).

The server records your IP address and uses it to estimate your city, region and country. Opening the enquiry popup starts this lookup, even before you submit the form. This is an approximate lookup, not GPS tracking; the website does not request access to your device’s precise location.

Web hosting systems may also keep access and error logs containing technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages and request times. Please do not send payment details, passwords or identity documents through the enquiry form.

Why we use this information

Your contact details and selected enquiry source help our team respond to your request, discuss the property you asked about and coordinate a requested callback or site visit. IP and session information support the enquiry process and help limit repeated submissions.

Services that process information

• Hosting and email: the website runs on BigRock hosting. Submitted enquiries are sent to info@gurugramprojects.com and handled through our enquiry mailbox and email services.
• Approximate location: the server sends your IP address to ipwho.is to obtain an approximate location. Your name, email and phone number are not included in that lookup.
• WhatsApp and social platforms: Connect Now opens WhatsApp. Social icons open the relevant external platform. Information you provide there is also subject to that platform’s privacy practices.

The current form sends enquiries to our mailbox; it does not automatically forward them to property developers. If arranging your requested service requires sharing your contact details with a developer or another representative, we will explain the proposed sharing and seek your permission first.

Cookies and local website functions

The enquiry service uses a session cookie to associate requests with a browser session. Server-side session data includes the IP-based location result and the time of a successful submission, which helps avoid repeated location lookups and rapid duplicate enquiries.

The current website code does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Fonts are hosted with the website. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking session cookies may affect enquiry rate limiting and session continuity.

Storage and security

The form does not create a separate lead database. Enquiries delivered by email remain in the receiving mailbox; hosting logs, sessions and service-provider backups may retain related information separately. A successful form submission does not mean that all copies are immediately removed from those systems.

The live website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No website or email system can guarantee complete security. Contact us if you believe an enquiry or your contact information has been misused.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can browse property information without submitting the callback form. You can ask us to correct your enquiry details, stop contacting you, explain the information associated with your enquiry or delete it. Email us from the address used for your enquiry where possible; we may need to verify that the request concerns your information.

We will explain any information that needs to remain for an applicable obligation or an unresolved enquiry or dispute. Please do not email sensitive identification documents unless we specifically explain why they are needed and how to provide them safely.
